1. Rescheduling Guidelines
We understand auspicious dates and family commitments may require adjustments. Devotees may reschedule a puja at no extra cost by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled muhurat.
2. Cancellation Prior to Pandit Departure
If a cancellation is requested before the pandit has departed or procured dedicated perishable samagri (such as specialized flowers, garlands, and havan woods), no cancellation penalty applies.
3. Pandit Inability / Unforeseen Absence
In the rare event that an assigned pandit cannot attend due to illness or emergency, our priority dispatch team will instantly arrange an equivalent learned replacement pandit, or issue an immediate 100% refund of any advance paid.
